The trays could be cleaner. And there was a nice mix of orders even though it wasn't a rush. Dinan isn't a place I recommend. I much prefer the McDonald's in Ploërmel. In terms of cleanliness, speed, and quality of service, it's on a higher level. Without my experience in Ploërmel, my ratings would certainly be lower.

I just went to the McDonald's in Quevert, and I saw a large Staffie-type dog inside. No one told the couple that dogs were not allowed. Especially a dog like that, as the McDonald's was full of families. I find it disappointing, and dangerous. Plus, it didn't take long for me to see food on the chairs and armchairs.

Top quality, when the order is complete. I placed an order today and once again, some products were missing. Being late due to the wait, I didn't realize the order was incorrect: I ordered curly fries, but instead I got fries, and with my loyalty points, I had bought a grimace mug, a mug that I didn't see any color from! I should point out that my loyalty points were still deducted. I understand that it's a Sunday, that there are a lot of people, that it's a rush, but there's still a lack of professionalism... And it's not like this is the first time; the omissions are recurrent.

Pierrot is very nice. He makes balloon animals. This McDonald's is great, the balloons are free.
