Dirty restaurant at 11 PM. Seat with a hole. Order incomplete once again. Toys in the Happy Meals still not available after payment. Staff barely polite. However, the service was quick and the food was hot. It's exhausting. I can't wait for the competition to open.

I go there every week and get two large classic pizzas.

Mixed feelings. The restaurant is clean, both the lobby and the restrooms. That's nice. The staff are also great. The service was quick. However, it's a shame there were no ice cubes in the drinks, only one side of the croque monsieur was cooked (they replaced it immediately), and the grill on one of the burgers wasn't good. This is more due to an organizational issue: inside the restaurant, two types of onions are possible, and at the kiosk, you can select one type or both. However, on the receipt and in the kitchen, it only says "no onion." As a trainer in another restaurant, I know how it works, but here we specify "no fried onions," etc., so it's precise. It's a shame because they removed all the onions instead of just one type. This needs to be reviewed. The same goes for the drink preparation and assembly. Too much time wasted on assembly: they have to bag the food. Here, drinks are bagged directly, which saves time. Admittedly, the restaurant is small around the counter, and there isn't much room to move around, but there are solutions like retractable shelves, etc., instead of using bread baskets... Anyway. The quality of the food was still good! The meats, etc. The food was hot, and they thoughtfully provided napkins, which is a big plus. Despite a few improvements that could be made to the restaurant.

I had a very bad experience using the drive-through. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional when I handed over my order. Furthermore, when an order is incomplete, the customer is forced to go back inside the store to report the problem, and the reception they receive is even more disappointing. Instead of offering a solution, some staff members seem irritated and clearly give the impression of wanting to rush customers out. Respect, politeness, and a sense of service should be fundamental to customer service. A review of the quality of service and the staff's behavior seems necessary.

Excellent employee, order served quickly and perfectly!

We've been customers for a long time and had been very disappointed by the service and orders, with numerous errors and omissions, but this lunchtime we were pleasantly surprised by the very friendly welcome. The change in staff or management is undeniable. If it could stay this way, it would be fantastic!

The team is incredible and helpful, especially the service, which is fast. A super team!
