It's truly unacceptable that the ice machine is always broken at McDonald's; the manager should really invest in some equipment! Luckily, Kevin at D1 was there to save the day. Handsome, smiling, attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly: he has a real knack for putting customers at ease. Thanks to his charm, good humor, and impeccable service, he managed to make us completely forget about the lack of ice. Honestly, Kevin deserves a bonus and the title of employee of the year! Don't change a thing, you're the gem of this McDonald's! 😍👏
