Napoli Mia sur Avignon

We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by accident after a day of sightseeing. What a pleasant surprise!!! The decor was super cute eclectic Italian but the real star was the food… Pizzas / pastas , appetizers… all absolutely delicious!! The staff were all so friendly! I actually forgot my phone on the table, and the owner ran around the block to give it to me before we drove away!

The truth is, the restaurant's decor is very nice. But the food, or at least what I tried... the pizzas weren't bad, but they were completely soulless, and for a "Neapolitan" pizza, the cornicione was nonexistent; they were rather flat. Another point to emphasize is the dessert, misnamed "Tiramisu," which doesn't live up to its name at all. The sponge cake had clearly never touched coffee, and between the mascarpone and the sponge cake was a layer of some kind of Nutella that was completely out of place, topped with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a dollop of whipped cream. I went with high expectations, and the experience certainly didn't live up to them, not to mention the price: €15 for everything—a plate of pasta, a Margherita pizza, or any other pizza—it was pointless.

A very nice restaurant with high-quality food made with only fresh ingredients. The service is excellent; I highly recommend it. I eat there every week and never get tired of it, whether it's pasta or pizza, everything is delicious! The setting is incredible.

An authentic experience: exactly what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. It's family-run, welcoming, and honestly, very good. The owners are incredibly kind and make you want to go back! (Just like the food, actually.)

A wonderful time spent together! We had a fantastic evening celebrating my birthday! The owner (a real character, a quintessential Italian!) created a great atmosphere with everyone in the room – absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the incredible pizzas and pasta. A must-visit in Avignon! 👌
