I stopped by today between noon and 2 pm, a Wednesday... and despite the crowds in the dining room and at the drive-thru, I was served very quickly.
My order was complete, and I was even served at my table by a very friendly and professional woman.

I spent €60 and was told to swipe my loyalty card at the drive-thru checkout, not at the self-service kiosk. The cashier immediately pulled out the card reader, we paid, and then they refused to accept my loyalty card, even though they had said they would process it at the time of payment. Then they said no, it was busy, so I lost 60 points, which is clearly a case of deception. The cashier apparently entered my loyalty card PIN. I am requesting a goodwill gesture.

I sometimes get my food delivered to the drive-through in the parking lot; there are occasional mix-ups with the cars, but the contents of the bag are always correct, and it's lighter than some fast-food places. The staff is always smiling. The prices have gone up significantly, which is understandable, given that the meat is French, but still, watch out for the competition.

Where did the iconic €4.00 McDonald's kids' meal go?! 😡 The toy is now an extra charge, and so are the organic products… a meal that used to cost €4.00 now costs €5.10 without even a toy or a book! Shocking! 😳 A silent revolution 🤫 with no communication whatsoever 😔

Got a question? Does McDonald's France consider a hamburger to be served cold?
It's been several times, or all of them, that burgers are served cold. A special thanks to a Big Mac that arrives cold, which must have been waiting to be purchased for a long time. The same goes for lukewarm to cold (disgusting) fries. So McDonald's has a policy of selling cold food, even if you claim otherwise... a bad eating experience.
