This is possibly the best service I have ever received at a McDonald's drive-thru! Because I didn't speak French, I got excellent help and he even showed all the offers on the screen step by step without stress. Perfect, thank you very much. The price was also nice 😊11.60 for the large menu: Royal deluxe, potatoes, dip and cola. Good taste. Blessings from Norway🙏🏼🎶🌷

I was very surprised by the manager's behavior when I asked her to change my fries, which were cold. Customer service needs improvement; as someone who also works at McDonald's, I'm surprised by this attitude. Generally, you apologize rather than seeming annoyed. I don't know if training procedures are worse in France than in Switzerland, but I'm disappointed with the service!

I stopped by today between noon and 2 pm, a Wednesday... and despite the crowds in the dining room and at the drive-thru, I was served very quickly.
My order was complete, and I was even served at my table by a very friendly and professional woman.

I spent €60 and was told to swipe my loyalty card at the drive-thru checkout, not at the self-service kiosk. The cashier immediately pulled out the card reader, we paid, and then they refused to accept my loyalty card, even though they had said they would process it at the time of payment. Then they said no, it was busy, so I lost 60 points, which is clearly a case of deception. The cashier apparently entered my loyalty card PIN. I am requesting a goodwill gesture.
