Clean place, fast service and very friendly staff

Hello, I'd like to share my opinion about your restaurant, even though I've only been there once. I think I probably went on a bad day (at least, that's how one of your employees/supervisors felt). As someone who has worked in fast food, I understand that this job is tough, and to cope with the pressure, I don't think someone like Jordan should add insult to injury by being disrespectful to his colleagues. The meal was good, as usual, but his disrespect towards his colleagues and myself made me feel uncomfortable. This job isn't for everyone; if you don't enjoy interacting with customers, find a position that suits you. The takeaway meals matched the order!

Whatever you do, don't drink a milkshake, you'll be drinking cholesterol straight from the fruit 🤮🤢

The order preparation process was already very long. The menu was respected, but there were many errors. A drink was missing from the children's menu, a book was missing, etc. The hygiene of the restrooms was lacking, with overflowing bins... and the same issue in other areas where we returned the trays. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and very patient with some less-than-respectful customers.

Passing through Montelimar, we stopped to eat, clean place, served hot food.

Overall, it's okay despite frequent errors in click and collect orders. However, the ice cream is completely unacceptable! It has a watery and grainy texture, which is not what you'd expect from McDonald's ice cream.

Ordering a 280 Rösti meal on Uber Eats but receiving a burger without rösti was not great. A big thank you to Uber Eats for not issuing a refund because, and I quote, "the item has no price, so we cannot refund you"... Otherwise, it was good.

Very clean environment with fast service and the food is pretty good

A pleasant place for a quick meal. Very nice furnishings, it's a success.
