28/09/2026: We arrived on Monday the 28th around 8:30 pm. We immediately noticed that we hadn't received the correct ice cream (pistachio Kit Kat instead of caramel speculoos). At almost €5, we immediately pointed it out. The employee (who might have been a team leader) told my husband directly that the mistake was ours, without even checking. My husband tried to explain, and the man demanded a receipt, insisting it was necessary; understandable, but difficult to present since there was no more paper in the machine… another employee gave him our order number. The receipt was retrieved at our request without the employee even glancing at it; he ran off as soon as it was out! And indeed: the wrong ice cream. The second employee, very kind, acknowledged his colleague's mistake and apologized before remaking the ice cream. To err is human, but arrogance is a terrible flaw! Does it sting to admit your mistake? No one asked for a pat on the back, but facing such a trivial error costs nothing… tough days happen, but you shouldn't blame the first person you meet. I should mention that we come about once a month and the staff are incredibly helpful; it's very rare that we have an order error. Thanks for reading!
