25-minute wait for a simple King Fusion ice cream!!!
The order management was a disaster; all the customers were complaining about the wait and the mistakes in their orders.
Some had paid extra for customization and hadn't received it, and others got their orders cold.
I've never seen such chaos!
And don't even get me started on the floor littered with crushed fries and all sorts of trash.
And the worst part is that the two employees behind the counter (one of whom was apparently the manager because she was wearing a white shirt, completely incapable of handling the situation) were just twiddling their thumbs—unbelievable! Not even a word of apology when I finally got my ice cream after, I repeat, a 25-minute wait in the middle of all this mess!
I will never set foot in that Burger King again, where they literally don't care about their customers and the franchisee is incapable of hiring competent young people! It's night and day compared to the Burger King at the Ravennes roundabout in Bondues!
How can there be such a difference between two locations of the same chain?

Very disappointed with the burger. There's nothing inside, a tiny patty, and the salad looks miserable. It's unacceptable to see that.

I asked them if that was normal, and they said yes.
My advice: go to McDonald's.
07/07/2026: I'm very disappointed with the pizzas from this Marie Blachère bakery. They aren't cooked to order but simply reheated, which is immediately noticeable. The crust lacks crispness, the toppings are unevenly lukewarm, and the result is far from a freshly made pizza. For the price, I expected a better quality product. It's a shame, because it feels more like eating a reheated item than a real pizza. I don't think I'll be ordering them again.

09/05/2026: For my first time, I ordered a two-meat taco (ground beef and chicken with cheese sauce). I asked for onions, but they were nowhere to be seen this year. The taco was inedible, in my opinion. The fries inside—I couldn't say when they were made, but they were definitely reheated, maybe leftovers from lunch—and the taco had more fries than anything else. This is my first and last time eating there. For 9 euros, it might seem insignificant to you, but I wanted to treat myself, and it ended up in the bin. As for the service, I don't want to criticize the employees, but they're just following orders from a manager. That's my experience at Mersin Food.

17/08/2026: Every year I come for my birthday. Today was no exception and I wasn't really expecting the cold shower 💀 computer problems, stock problems, cooking problems, chocolate cake without chocolate... in short, crying in the toilets because of a birthday ruined by a change of manager, never again.
17/08/2026: We waited in line for 30 minutes only to be presented with a fait accompli: "We're out of mussels," without this being indicated on the screens. However, the family who went in after us ate mussels. The organization needs improvement.
No points were credited because the limit had been reached (I suppose). Thanks to the cashier for not reminding me to use my points.
We went to collect our food using the pager, but there was a hiccup in their organization. Apparently, we were only entitled to a rösti burger. We had to prove we weren't cheating by showing our receipt (luckily I'm not an environmentalist and I took it).
Five minutes later, a woman who had bought a rösti burger was left out because there were no more rösti burgers.
So, to recap: they continue to sell out-of-stock items and remove the in-stock items from sale.
This organization was a complete mess on Monday, August 17th.
Huge disappointment (exaggeratedly euphemistic)

26/05/2026: It's pretty run-down. The mattress is rubbish and instead of a slatted frame, there's just a chipboard base. A restful sleep is only possible to a limited extent.

15/06/2026: I come here often because I love their baguettes. My boyfriend paid €7.10 for three baguettes and a three-chocolate pastry. The price displayed in the window isn't the same; the one shown is €3.90, but they charged him €4.50 for a slice of the three-chocolate pastry. I'm disappointed and I sincerely think I'll find another bakery.

16/07/2024: Rien a dire plat chaud, les moules était excellente, les légumes bien assaisonner et chaud, restaurant propre. Le personnel agréable et a l écoute.
