09/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome, special attention, time to consider our choices, and we checked to make sure everything was alright. The service was excellent and the portions were generous. The only thing missing was a wider selection of cheeses and a little air conditioning, as it was very hot. Everything else was perfect. Excellent service. See you Wednesday!
09/07/2026: I rediscovered Crocodile: the buffet was absolutely fantastic, the drinks very refreshing, nothing to complain about, quite the opposite.
I'll be back! The children were thrilled, the staff welcoming and smiling… truly excellent.

25-minute wait for a simple King Fusion ice cream!!!
The order management was a disaster; all the customers were complaining about the wait and the mistakes in their orders.
Some had paid extra for customization and hadn't received it, and others got their orders cold.
I've never seen such chaos!
And don't even get me started on the floor littered with crushed fries and all sorts of trash.
And the worst part is that the two employees behind the counter (one of whom was apparently the manager because she was wearing a white shirt, completely incapable of handling the situation) were just twiddling their thumbs—unbelievable! Not even a word of apology when I finally got my ice cream after, I repeat, a 25-minute wait in the middle of all this mess!
I will never set foot in that Burger King again, where they literally don't care about their customers and the franchisee is incapable of hiring competent young people! It's night and day compared to the Burger King at the Ravennes roundabout in Bondues!
How can there be such a difference between two locations of the same chain?

11/07/2026: Bakery that's getting ridiculously expensive... I bought a mini wrap meal for €14.85.
I asked them if that was normal, and they said yes.
My advice: go to McDonald's.
07/07/2026: I'm very disappointed with the pizzas from this Marie Blachère bakery. They aren't cooked to order but simply reheated, which is immediately noticeable. The crust lacks crispness, the toppings are unevenly lukewarm, and the result is far from a freshly made pizza. For the price, I expected a better quality product. It's a shame, because it feels more like eating a reheated item than a real pizza. I don't think I'll be ordering them again.

18/07/2026: I came to eat with my family last night, and the staff was unpleasant. I didn't even have time to eat my starter before the buzzer went off, even though I'd like to point out that they could at least wait 15 minutes for our starter. My plate wasn't even hot; I could hear people asking for their plates to be warmed up because they were cold. They told him he couldn't reheat them, so I didn't even ask. I had to eat my cold plate. The staff is very unpleasant; we couldn't even enjoy our meal as a family. It's nice to have a new restaurant, but the quality isn't the same, and neither is the staff.
18/07/2026: Honestly, the ribeye steak was really bad for the price; it's expensive and not great. I won't be going back.

09/05/2026: For my first time, I ordered a two-meat taco (ground beef and chicken with cheese sauce). I asked for onions, but they were nowhere to be seen this year. The taco was inedible, in my opinion. The fries inside—I couldn't say when they were made, but they were definitely reheated, maybe leftovers from lunch—and the taco had more fries than anything else. This is my first and last time eating there. For 9 euros, it might seem insignificant to you, but I wanted to treat myself, and it ended up in the bin. As for the service, I don't want to criticize the employees, but they're just following orders from a manager. That's my experience at Mersin Food.

26/05/2026: It's pretty run-down. The mattress is rubbish and instead of a slatted frame, there's just a chipboard base. A restful sleep is only possible to a limited extent.

25/09/2024: We visited on our way back to the UK, one of the joys of France is going to their supermarkets as they are incredible compared to the UK, and this Auchan didn't disappoint!
It is huge, with a garden centre as well, and a large home department, but as always it was the food section that really wowed us.
A huge fresh food selection, and the butchery/deli area has an incredible range of meats including offal and lesser known cuts - onglet, bavette etc for sale which is incredibly hard to find in the UK. There is also an actual butcher out the back which you can see behind the glass where they make their own sausages and other meat products like the marinated items.
And you can't talk about a French supermarket without mentioning the bread and patisserie - wonderful selection and the eclairs we bought were delicious.
We also received great service - there was an Auchan staff member who heard us talking in English about a beer we couldn't find, and he stepped in to ask if he could help and he helped us find what we were looking for! Great service.
Definitely one of the better Auchan's around, and if you're on your way back to the UK, definitely worth making a stop here!
21/09/2024: 12/24/2020: Although this Auchan hypermarket is not new, it is huge, well stocked and offers rather reasonable prices. It's the first time I've been here and I'm not disappointed. Despite the crowds, the checkout was quick. The staff remains pleasant, available and resists the pressure of this New Year's Eve. Well done !
Now that I live in Dunkirk, Auchan is my go-to supermarket. I do 80% of my shopping there.

24/07/2024: Très décevant tout était froid le jambon braisé sec la moitié jeté....et les légumes étaient pas non froid aussi pas assaisonner idem pour les haricots verts 🫤🫤🫤
16/07/2024: Rien a dire plat chaud, les moules était excellente, les légumes bien assaisonner et chaud, restaurant propre. Le personnel agréable et a l écoute.
