I just placed an order at your establishment, and I wanted to thank the young woman who served my daughter and me. She exudes cheerfulness, which is very pleasant when you're a customer. I'd also like to point out that she warned us about two cars "playing around" in the parking lot. What maturity! She goes above and beyond her job. Thank you, young lady.

It's become the best McDonald's in Touraine with this new team, by far. The staff is welcoming, the service is fast, and they're incredibly responsive when there's a mistake. And most importantly, everything is cooked perfectly.

I've had several bad experiences at this McDonald's in the past, but there's been a real effort and improvement across all the crucial areas: cleanliness, friendliness, and food quality.

We ordered at the drive-thru and were served by Paul, who was incredibly friendly. The service was quick and welcoming. The burgers and nuggets we ordered were piping hot. And the fries were delicious. Thank you to the whole team!

Passing by on a Sunday evening, the service was quick and the waitstaff welcoming. It was very busy and the staff were working hard. However, a major drawback was the manager and his way of speaking to the employees: after giving an order to his staff, he exclaimed in front of the customers, "Go f**k yourself if you don't answer me!" What a shame to speak like that to those who were working so hard when he himself wasn't the one most focused on serving customers.
