McDonald's is efficient, the staff are friendly, and the food is good. However, cleanliness could be improved, but this is mainly due to customers being too lazy to clear their trays, not the staff!
I highly recommend it.

I give manager Corentin a 5 out of 5. After McDonald's forgot our order a few days earlier, he reordered it for us.
He was great 👍 very customer-oriented and professional.

It's a McDonald's, but it was recently renovated. The space is very clean and pleasant, with a patio and a children's play area. Orders arrive fairly quickly. Prices are generally reasonable. Another advantage is the long opening hours, which allow you to go at any time.

I just placed an order at your establishment, and I wanted to thank the young woman who served my daughter and me. She exudes cheerfulness, which is very pleasant when you're a customer. I'd also like to point out that she warned us about two cars "playing around" in the parking lot. What maturity! She goes above and beyond her job. Thank you, young lady.

It's become the best McDonald's in Touraine with this new team, by far. The staff is welcoming, the service is fast, and they're incredibly responsive when there's a mistake. And most importantly, everything is cooked perfectly.
