McDonald's sur Lamballe

Despite the large crowds returning from vacation, the service was impeccable, the staff pleasant, and the dining room clean. We recommend it!

McDonald's. It's McDonald's. But here the burgers are always hot.

Quick service and original decor compared to many McDonald's. Friendly staff, at least one lady was at the till.

I've been coming to the McDonald's in Lamballe for over 10 years, but this time was a huge disappointment. Paying almost €20 for a wrap that gets smaller and smaller over time, fries/bacon with a measly sliver of cheese... And I'm not even mentioning the fact that they come and clean under my feet while I'm eating 🤨 I'm starting to regret coming.

One of the best McDonald's, impeccable hygiene, super friendly staff, local newspapers available, really excellent. They should all be like this, well done!

I really enjoyed the meal and there were no issues with forgetting anything, unlike what I'd read about. The Big Tasty Rösti was perfect, and the Big Mac wasn't squashed at all. When I went to get the ice cream, the staff were pleasantly kind to me; I have nothing but praise for them. The young man with short hair and a heart on his head was very polite, professionally dressed, and very helpful—no complaints whatsoever! A very good experience, even though I was apprehensive about going after reading the reviews, but it was excellent, nothing to complain about.

The meal was great as usual, but the service, especially this young woman—I don't know her name, but she was the one who worked the dining area—was terrible. I went to the counter to get my iced latte, waited three minutes, and she saw I was waiting but did nothing. A colleague told her to come see me to find out what I needed. She told her colleague it was for a payment, even though she hadn't even come to see me. She didn't check my receipt and just gave me a regular latte; I had to tell her it was iced. And when I sat down, I forgot to ask for sugar. I went back to the counter, and when she saw me, she sighed loudly and made it sound like she couldn't be bothered to come and see what I was asking for. I love this McDonald's and there's never anything to complain about, but this was really unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

I'm quite disappointed with my visit. The welcome wasn't pleasant: a student (blonde with blue eyes) was rather unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable right from the start. You don't really feel welcome, and that's a shame because it spoils the overall experience. I hope this will improve in the future.

Very good fast food, meals are served fairly quickly, but the prices are very high for what it is. The food isn't the best, but it does the job when you need it.
