McDonald's sur Saint-Marcel-Les-Valence

Hello, I placed an order on October 10, 2026 (order number 4555). When I got home, I noticed my milkshake was missing! And one of the McDonald's deals I ordered was chicken instead of beef! The fries were barely cooked!

Wow, what a change in just one month! The staff's behavior and the quality of service have completely transformed. It makes you wonder if McDonald's policies have changed in the meantime! From the moment you walk in, the welcome is warm: a staff member is there to greet customers with great politeness and professionalism. The service is quick and efficient. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: the dishes are served piping hot, and the sandwiches are perfectly made, with real care taken in their preparation. The tables and floor are also clean. It just goes to show that politeness, a warm welcome, and attention to customers make all the difference. Well done to the whole team for this transformation; it's truly wonderful to find such a welcoming establishment again!

Nice, but not enough seating and dirty toilets

Not very clean and the coffee was too strong. Too strong, but it's still a McDonald's.

It's a shame the outdoor tables were extremely dirty at the start of service. Otherwise, the service was quick and the food was quite good.

Fast service, friendly staff, generous portions, I recommend 👍

Clean McDonald's. Great selection of food and drinks, and the order arrived quickly. An ideal outdoor play area for children. Plenty of seating inside, a little less outside. Efficient and friendly staff. Large parking lot in front.

The McFlurries are generously portioned. Unlike other McDonald's where they only serve half the size… Thank you.

They made a mistake with the order, although they replaced it without any problem. The coffee was very bad and expensive.

Well located but not very well signposted once you leave the highway. Clean McDonald's, fast service. We appreciated this stop between the Rhône Valley and the Alps.
