Difficult ordering method and lack of clarity

Fast service, very clean restaurant, and friendly staff—it's a pleasure to go to a McDonald's where you feel valued. I'll gladly come back. Thank you to the hard-working employees who aren't often complimented on the difficulty of their jobs. Don't change a thing!

The menu was good, and I wanted to add 5 stars simply because I wanted to highlight the kindness of an employee. I can't say why, for security reasons related to his position, but frankly, we need more people like him. I thank him; he's a good person, even though he wasn't obligated to do it, and he was truly very helpful. Keep up the good work!

I liked it. Delicious and juicy. I ordered a cheeseburger, a cola, and fries. €20.35. You can order it in Russian.

McDonald's sells more atmosphere. Involvement. Vibe. Flow. Otherwise, it's either tasty but not enough, or tasty and sufficient, but a bit pricey for a fast food restaurant. However, I knew where I was going. Their pies are, of course, excellent.

The service was perfectly adequate today.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, reasonable wait time considering how busy it was. I will continue to come to this McDonald's.

Once again, I didn't get the right burger; it's a recurring and disappointing problem. It's a shame because the young woman at the drive-thru gave us a very warm welcome.

A really great, very well-maintained McDonald's. Nice, friendly service staff, clean, well-kept restrooms, and plenty of ordering kiosks. What more could you want? The food selection is, as is typical for McDonald's, gigantic, and the order was brought to the table immediately after we placed it. Everything we ordered tasted good and was piping hot. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, both inside and out, and the restrooms are clean. I'd also like to mention that the food is mostly served in attractive reusable dishes. Overall, the McDonald's is easily accessible within Epernay thanks to its excellent location.
