Honestly, a very good experience for me.
The equipment was recently replaced, and the kitchen is much quieter than before, which is very pleasant for the customer!
The team served us quality food, well-made sandwiches, and perfectly followed procedures. Everything was hot and served to order—kudos to the team!
It's honestly much better than it was a year ago!
The only slight downside was the restrooms, which were a bit questionable in terms of cleanliness. Please pay attention to this part of the restaurant!
Apart from that, the parking lot, dining area, counter, and kitchen were all clean at first glance.
It was great! From a manager, it was a pleasure to eat at your establishment!

I went to the drive-thru yesterday after a concert (11:30 pm), and I want to emphasize that I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the server who took the orders, there was no wait, the sandwiches were perfect (which is quite rare for McDonald's), nothing was missing, and they weren't cold.

We went to eat at McDonald's in Genas and received a very warm welcome. The meal was perfect.
We were also pleasantly surprised to receive little bracelets for Valentine's Day, a very thoughtful gesture that we particularly appreciated.

We placed a Drive order at the McDonald's in Genas. The staff was very responsive and polite, and we didn't have to wait for our order, which was exactly as we requested.
This summer, we noticed a decline in quality, both in terms of service and food. We met with the manager who explained that he wanted to revitalize the restaurant.
We would definitely recommend this McDonald's.
