I'm usually disappointed with the McDonald's in Genas because of the very slow service and orders that are almost always incomplete. But today I encountered Arnaud at the drive-thru, and I want to highlight his kindness, politeness, and excellent customer service. This is the first time a McDonald's employee has made me want to leave a review. His manner of speaking, his calm demeanor, and his efficiency during the busy service period are admirable. Thank you, Arnaud, for making me like this drive-thru again!

A fantastic experience at the McDonald's in Genas!
The welcome was warm and the table service was quick, which was really appreciated. The place is particularly child-friendly, making them feel right at home.
A big thank you to Krystel, who is a lovely and very dedicated person. She regularly organizes activities for children, especially on some Wednesday afternoons, always with lots of great ideas.
A restaurant I highly recommend, especially for families! (The doting grandmothers!)

Honestly, a very good experience for me.
The equipment was recently replaced, and the kitchen is much quieter than before, which is very pleasant for the customer!
The team served us quality food, well-made sandwiches, and perfectly followed procedures. Everything was hot and served to order—kudos to the team!
It's honestly much better than it was a year ago!
The only slight downside was the restrooms, which were a bit questionable in terms of cleanliness. Please pay attention to this part of the restaurant!
Apart from that, the parking lot, dining area, counter, and kitchen were all clean at first glance.
It was great! From a manager, it was a pleasure to eat at your establishment!
