Pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's! There were five of us just before a show at the Zénith, and despite it being very busy, we were served quickly. The restaurant was clean, and the tables were cleaned immediately after each customer. Special mention for the thoughtful touch at checkout: an employee spontaneously offered my friend a cup so she could take her unfinished drink home. Efficiency, cleanliness, and excellent service: it deserves to be highlighted! 👏

Excellent service from Claude, very good McDonald's, easy to access

It's a McDonald's, so the food isn't a problem. The indoor children's play area was dark, so the kids couldn't play because they were scared. The restaurant was filthy, with overflowing bins.

They added a children's play area inside, even though the room was already small. So now it's very small and noisy.

1.50 euros for a tiny doughnut! Who thinks that's normal?

The toilets were filthy; someone had defecated on the floor. There was absolutely no respect from the customers. I never want to go back; it's disgusting after eating.

A quick stop! Arrived at 1:25 PM, served at 1:28 PM. The meal was hot and the staff was welcoming. I recommend it for lunch if you're short on time.

I still haven't received my delivery; I ordered around 8 PM... and I'm still waiting.
