A well-located McDonald's, top-notch service

We received a very poor welcome from the "manager," who thought it appropriate to ignore us and simply look us up and down. Thankfully, the rest of the team raised the bar! They were very friendly, unlike their manager... Customer service needs improvement, madam.

The toilet is locked and has a code. A pretty stupid idea... Otherwise a classic.

I come here regularly; I find the food quite good and the service efficient! My only major issue is cleanliness; I ended up at a greasy, sticky table! Luckily, the food was on a tray…

Pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's! There were five of us just before a show at the Zénith, and despite it being very busy, we were served quickly. The restaurant was clean, and the tables were cleaned immediately after each customer. Special mention for the thoughtful touch at checkout: an employee spontaneously offered my friend a cup so she could take her unfinished drink home. Efficiency, cleanliness, and excellent service: it deserves to be highlighted! 👏

It's a McDonald's, so the food isn't a problem. The indoor children's play area was dark, so the kids couldn't play because they were scared. The restaurant was filthy, with overflowing bins.

They added a children's play area inside, even though the room was already small. So now it's very small and noisy.

1.50 euros for a tiny doughnut! Who thinks that's normal?

The toilets were filthy; someone had defecated on the floor. There was absolutely no respect from the customers. I never want to go back; it's disgusting after eating.
