I would like to emphasize the excellent service I received during my visit. The hostess, Chloe, was particularly welcoming, friendly, and very professional. She took my order efficiently while remaining attentive and pleasant. This made for a truly positive experience and makes me want to return. A big thank you for her excellent work!

We feel right at home here! We've always had everything we needed.
The food is very good, the atmosphere is calm, and the service is pleasant.
The staff is welcoming and friendly, whether you're in the dining area or at the drive-thru.
We very often encounter such kind staff, which sets us apart from other McDonald's.

I was at McDonald's around 7:20 PM. It was pouring rain and freezing cold. I went through the drive-thru and was waiting when I saw a very polite and smiling blonde girl bringing orders to everyone wearing just a t-shirt, even though it was freezing.
I asked her why she wasn't wearing a jacket, and she told me it was forbidden for hygiene reasons. Okay, but the person who goes outside to hand out orders doesn't go straight back into the kitchen... so it's completely unacceptable in this weather.
The girl goes out with nothing on. Two more days like that and bam, sick leave. And then management will say the employees are abusing sick leave...
Be human, not rocks.
