I came to the McDonald's at Lens Bollaert today and I want to thank Thibault for his welcome. From the moment I placed my order to when he handed me my meal, he was very friendly, smiling, and helpful. It's truly a pleasure to be greeted by someone so professional and respectful of customers. A big thank you to him for his kindness and efficiency. It deserves to be highlighted! 😉

This is my first time at this McDonald's... the queue to get to kiosk 2 out of 6 during the holidays?? Something needs to be done, unless you have no access to your employer, which is understandable. The Fish New York burger wasn't great, but the fries were very good. This McDonald's is okay for a quick visit, good luck. The prices are high for what you get; one of the competitors has a much wider selection and the prices are pretty good too.
