Ordered a €46 order for drive-through pickup today. They were out of cream sauce and barbecue sauce, only raclette sauce for fries was available. And to my surprise, when I opened the small bag, the crepe was hard at the end.
Disappointed.

I went today with my mother. The restaurant was clean! We ordered two Maxi Best Of meals and they were, as always, very good! The person who made our ice cream was fantastic; it was delicious, and the caramel was the perfect amount! The cashier was very friendly; in fact, it was the same person who brought us our trays. Overall, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the burgers are as good as ever!

I came to the McDonald's at Lens Bollaert today and I want to thank Thibault for his welcome.
From the moment I placed my order to when he handed me my meal, he was very friendly, smiling, and helpful.
It's truly a pleasure to be greeted by someone so professional and respectful of customers.
