I took several photos and a video to show the restaurant and its atmosphere. The place was clean, well-maintained, and pleasant. The staff was polite, and the service was quick despite the presence of several customers. My order was correct, the food was hot and well-prepared. The dining area was comfortable, and the tables were clean. Overall, I had a very good experience and I recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking for a quick meal with quality service.

The cleanest toilets I've ever seen in a McDonald's (even the men's room was clean). The order took a little while to be served, but the service and cleanliness were impeccable.

While I'm loyal to the brand, let's be honest: a nearly 30-minute wait at the drive-thru is far too long. Don't leave only two people to serve. Your service speed is really suffering, and the perception is inevitably negative. It's a shame.

Be wary of the drive-through service, as we've been several times and there are always oversights (and it doesn't encourage trainees to return).

I came to eat with my little boy in the early afternoon. Since I had my dog with me, we sat on the patio.
The crew member in the SAT (Supply Chain Assistant) brought us our order, which was complete and piping hot.
The service was really pleasant.
An additional detail that pleasantly surprised me: this same crew member spontaneously brought fresh water for the dogs on the patio.
As a manager at McDonald's myself, I find this gesture particularly appreciated.

I'm only giving it 3 stars because when I was pregnant, towards the end of my pregnancy, I was actually told to "queue" to order, even though I just needed a bottle of water because of the heatwave.
Otherwise, the food is good, and the waiters/waitresses serve you with a smile.

I went to McDonald's in Lens today with a crazy craving for salad, but they were completely sold out. So I'm seriously wondering: did a group of hungry rabbits get in just before me?? 🐰🥗 Anyway, complicated vegetable experience today. Next time, let me know if Bugs Bunny has reserved the entire stockroom.
