We came to order on Sunday evening. We got a meal deal with a box of 20 nuggets, the new deal that included the dog toy. They forgot the three sauces and the toy, even though we paid extra specifically for it. What a shame, money down the drain! However, the customer service was excellent. The girl at the drive-thru was super friendly and welcoming, and despite the pressure, she kept smiling. I commend her! 👌🏽

Avoid at all costs. As usual, half the order was missing (potatoes, fries, no sauces, the bacon burger without salad...). The order was delivered via Uber Eats, and half the drinks arrived empty because everything had spilled. In short, a disaster, and €71 at McDonald's for only half the order. Unacceptable...

12/02/2026: I stayed at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the family atmosphere; everyone at the establishment is extremely kind and caring.
08/01/2026: Lunch at Pierre's in Franconville was an excellent experience. The dishes are truly delicious, and you can immediately tell that the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The welcome is warm and friendly, making you want to return. A very good place that I recommend without hesitation.
