Hello, I wanted to highlight the kindness and professionalism of a young man named Archange 😃. His welcome was warm, polite, and he was very attentive to the customer 🤝✨. I pointed out to him that my Kit-Kat add-on is often forgotten, as is the case in almost all McDonald's 🍟❌, even though I always pay €0.40 for it. This young man, "Archange," immediately passed on the information. Thanks to him, I received my complete order, along with a second portion as compensation ✅🍦. I wanted to emphasize his gesture because customer service, politeness, and dedication are unfortunately becoming very rare at McDonald's 🤨📉. Expérience détestable. Le jus d'orange qui m'est servi est en fait de l'eau avec un peu de jus. Lorsque je réclame, on me lance un regard haineux. De plus, je suis obligé de réclamer le verre Coca-Cola en cadeau (opération du moment). Une honte.

We had lunch this afternoon at McDonald's in Fontaine-lès-Dijon this afternoon after a 25 minute wait our order finally arrived with numerous errors cold hamburger fries not quite cooked and in addition the wrong sodas after a change of soda the ice creams arrived they are very small and my milky coffee arrives without milk another lamentable error and in addition very salty bill 49 € for 3 menus too expensive for what it is remains very disappointed by this establishment.
