McDonald's sur Fontaine-Les-Dijon

the slowest McDonald's in the world. they forgot the idea of FAST food. waited for my order for half an hour. the place is half empty. the staff is sweet. but why so slow?

Came to eat today, around 4pm. Quiet. Quick and friendly service, welcoming staff.

Great experience with the manager, I'll definitely be back to eat here!

Quite disappointed with the cheese fries; the portion size is ridiculous, but the price isn't. Same goes for the McCourly fries, which we love. When you open the tub... Everything is smaller except the price. A real shame.

Okay. The children's area is a bit small. The meal is nice and hot. Very clean, though.

I pointed out to him that my Kit-Kat add-on is often forgotten, as is the case in almost all McDonald's 🍟❌, even though I always pay €0.40 for it. This young man, "Archange," immediately passed on the information. Thanks to him, I received my complete order, along with a second portion as compensation ✅🍦. I wanted to emphasize his gesture because customer service, politeness, and dedication are unfortunately becoming very rare at McDonald's 🤨📉.
