I stopped by this afternoon and it was very pleasant; the staff were helpful and smiling. The man in the white shirt was very welcoming; I'll definitely be back! It's so nice to see such kind people!

We received a warm welcome at McDonald's, as we were with students from a special education school. We were given a private room upstairs. The staff was extremely responsive and friendly.

25/06/2026: Very friendly restaurant, the owner is very welcoming, very smiling, attentive, very good service, very good music, playing in the restaurant.
23/06/2026: Le Corfu belongs to the era of french bistro which lack basic service and yet survive due to their location across the citadel in lille. We went on a special soirée and they welcome was so cold I could have frozen. Food was average arrived cold. The saving grace was a waitress who finally served us some ice cream to cheer up. On my tourist trap radar.

18/05/2026: Nice hotel in an area not far from the center. Located on a cozy square, with a bakery, cafes, and supermarkets. Something for everyone if you want to be able to grab something quickly. The room was perfectly fine for three people, with an extra bed. It was clean and the service was top-notch. We received a very detailed explanation from Lilou about where to find the hotspots in Lille.
