On the evening of July 11th, there was a huge mess at the drive-thru. It seems that drive-thru orders are being processed after counter orders. We had to wait an hour and a half for our order. Plus, the staff lost their order tickets. This isn't the first time! It's unacceptable...unbelievable but true. One of the people who helped us was very attentive to our problem...I can only thank her.
