The overall experience is decent, although you should expect a bit of a wait before collecting your order. It's manageable, but you can tell the team is sometimes under pressure. The real downside is the loyalty card scanner: it's often out of order or has a lot of trouble reading the code. This happens quite frequently and ends up slowing everyone down since you have to give your code verbally. Fortunately, the order was complete and the products were piping hot when they arrived. A little more effort on the scanner's maintenance would be really appreciated to streamline the process.

The kitchen staff was overwhelmed; we ordered a takeaway meal at 10:47 PM, and it wasn't ready until 11:42 PM! Unacceptable, especially when accompanied by children or elderly people.

We arrived at 11am. Everything was already very efficient, so everything was ready quickly. The fries were perfectly salted, and the staff were very friendly.

The restaurant has been completely renovated, it's a shame the place wasn't treated with respect. There were knife marks on the benches and the tables weren't cleaned. We arrived at 11:30 am and the floor under the benches wasn't clean – this needs to be fixed.
