I came with my family to the McDonald's in Douai, which was nothing like the ones in Flers or Waziers. The manager made my Croque McDo meal even though it wasn't available at the kiosk. She kindly gave my daughter a ball, and the lady in the dining room was super smiley and friendly, just like the manager.

30/09/2026: Hello, we were served today by Maria and her team who were very welcoming. We didn't have to wait long to be served despite the long queue. Furthermore, the restaurant was very clean. The sandwiches were delicious!
25/09/2026: We came yesterday around 3 pm to try the new sandwich (grunchy cheddar) – it was amazing! And the two employees were fantastic... Super friendly and smiling. It makes you want to come back to Subway... A huge thank you to them!
