I came with my family to the McDonald's in Douai, which was nothing like the ones in Flers or Waziers. The manager made my Croque McDo meal even though it wasn't available at the kiosk. She kindly gave my daughter a ball, and the lady in the dining room was super smiley and friendly, just like the manager.

08/08/2026: We came on Friday, August 7th at 6:30 PM. We were served by a petite, dark-haired lady. We would like to thank her for her kindness and will gladly return.
02/08/2026: We went to eat at Subway tonight with our three children and we were touched by the kind lady with the lovely smile, Maria, who was very welcoming and kind, as were her son and the other employee, a gentleman with glasses. I must say, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! I want to thank them again for their service and their kindness! It's rare these days 😊
