Well, it was late, the problem was the unclean dining area, and the staff were out of work. The accessible toilets are often downstairs, but not practical at all, with a window that lets the street see right in. There's just a trash can in front to hide it, not great. I'm giving it 3 stars because it was late, but if it were during the day, the stars would be lower. At lunchtime, I stopped at a McDonald's and gave it 5 stars across the board. So I advise you to improve. 5 stars for atmosphere because there was no one in the restaurant, so it was quiet; 3 for service because there weren't many people in the kitchen and serving staff, and 2 for the kitchen staff. My Big Mac was missing sauce, and worst of all, the bun on top was cut in half. Given the time, I didn't ask for it to be remade because there were so few people in the kitchen.

Very professional and helpful staff. Quick, efficient, and they don't forget anything when you take your order! I highly recommend them!

My colleague and I ordered vanilla ice cream and chicken nuggets. The two young women handling the order and payment at the drive-thru were impeccable; their service was perfect, very friendly, and above all, very pleasant. Convenient location, although it feels a bit ghetto with the low-end hotels surrounding it; the burgers are well-made and good.

Criticize all you want, they treated us like royalty! We had a 4-hour drive, and they exceptionally opened their toilet for us out of kindness at midnight for reasons they know—truly the goats!

I often go to McDonald's, but I'm really fed up with having to check every time that all the ingredients or items in my order are there. I wish you would implement a weighing system to avoid oversights… After going through the drive-thru and a 20-minute drive, I realize that an ice cream is missing again—€4.60 wasted.
