No power outlets available. Expect noise upstairs. Mosquitoes and midges are also present. (Remember to ask for the code for the downstairs restroom to avoid going upstairs unnecessarily.) A refresh of the playlists would also be appreciated.

Not great... The food was the same as at any McDonald's, but my drink (Coke) was really just water... I barely even drank it. Also, the restrooms were accessible with a code, but we didn't have the code on our receipt, which wasn't very convenient.

The McDonald's is really beautiful inside, but unfortunately the exterior is quite disappointing, and it's a shame there are always groups of people waiting outside for no apparent reason. However, we received our order in less than 5 minutes, even though the team was in the middle of a rush. Well done!

We ate there several times. Everything was pretty good, and the service was quick. However, the restrooms require a code... which wasn't on our receipt. And it was difficult to ask someone for the code, given how busy it was. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean and pleasant, and we enjoyed our meal.

18/08/2026: Not very clean, and the organization is quite poorly thought out: no napkins on the trays, you have to go back downstairs to ask the person in charge of handing out orders, who is alone and overwhelmed; for the restrooms, you need a code that isn't printed on the receipt, so you have to go back down to the counter to ask the same overwhelmed person; there was an error in the order, so you had to go back downstairs and ask at the counter... in short, an average experience. Otherwise, it's a typical McDonald's
17/08/2026: McDonald's gets 3 stars, if everything is normal. This is the McDonald's on the main shopping street in Bordeaux, with ordering and the kitchen downstairs and seating upstairs. I didn't go there. Downstairs it was a bit of a mess. Also because the lady was shouting the order numbers in French, and apparently the French didn't understand her either. I missed the number display that many McDonald's have.
