McDonald's sur Nantes

The staff were amazing! I went into McDonald's because my phone died while I was driving, and since I wasn't from Nantes and didn't have GPS, I couldn't find directions and didn't have a charger. The staff did everything they could to help me; the manager (I think) even unplugged a payment terminal so I could charge it. A little bit of humanity, which is becoming increasingly rare these days, was so refreshing! While my phone was charging, I observed the staff being very friendly to some customers who weren't necessarily so... There seemed to be a great atmosphere among the team, and the service appeared very efficient and fast. I saw people ordering at the kiosk and receiving their orders shortly after. I highly recommend this McDonald's!

Hello, I went to the McDonald's on the Rennes road today. My order was perfect, nothing to complain about. I was greeted by Maryline, a very pleasant hostess. Thank you, Maryline, for your smile and kindness! 😆

Despite a cold and unresponsive teammate who didn't listen to my specific request, a manager rushed to offer his help! I simply wanted to be given priority for my son, who has a disability and uses his card. Thank you to him!

They seem overwhelmed, but they're not at all! They can't even make sandwiches properly—the bread's upside down, the wrap isn't sealed! The dine-in service closes before 10 PM, and what's more, they don't accept restaurant vouchers, even though it's a fast-food restaurant. I'm increasingly disappointed with this McDonald's.
