We placed our orders at the terminal and the bill could be paid but we were unable to pay with the card at the terminal. But on going to the counter the bill increased further. We had to reduce our order to be able to pay

Sauce change without asking the customer's opinion. Paid for an XL menu to have non-XL portions too bad. Toilets that didn't close and not clean at all.

04/09/2023: Too bad that more and more pitapits are closing without the group saying anything on the networks. No publications for 1 year on the networks and the website which no longer works... Too bad, the concept was great but poorly marketed. The 2 pitapits in Nantes will also close this week S36). Sadness, I don't want to turn to Fresh Burrito!!!

02/04/2024: Simple, quick, efficient, everything you need from a fast-food restaurant. We took away, nothing was missing, we had the requested sauces and dishes. No more no less. No complaints
