I wanted to try this McDonald's in Nantes, and frankly, I wasn't disappointed at all. The entrance is very welcoming, a young man with curly hair and a big smile greeted and served us very well. I think some of the reviews are a bit over the top. I found the place clean... thanks again to this young man!

I want to warmly thank Thibault for his welcome and exemplary professionalism. It was a very pleasant encounter; he's a smiling, polite, quick, and above all, efficient person. It's truly refreshing to meet someone who takes their job seriously and knows how to remain pleasant even when it's busy. Frankly, some should take a page from his book, as the level of service is sometimes very poor elsewhere. Kudos to Thibault for his impeccable attitude and dedication to service; it deserves to be highlighted! 👏

31/05/2026: The staff were amazing! I went into McDonald's because my phone died while I was driving, and since I wasn't from Nantes and didn't have GPS, I couldn't find directions and didn't have a charger. The staff did everything they could to help me; the manager (I think) even unplugged a payment terminal so I could charge it. A little bit of humanity, which is becoming increasingly rare these days, was so refreshing! While my phone was charging, I observed the staff being very friendly to some customers who weren't necessarily so... There seemed to be a great atmosphere among the team, and the service appeared very efficient and fast. I saw people ordering at the kiosk and receiving their orders shortly after. I highly recommend this McDonald's!

29/05/2026: Impeccable staff. Despite an error on my part with my order, they went out of their way to find the mistake. Clean dining room and restrooms.
