Good evening, I find it unacceptable to wait over an hour for click and collect. I asked to see the manager, one of the employees serving customers in the reserved area. She arrived, and I asked if she could offer a small gesture of goodwill for the wait. She told me that we hadn't confirmed the order and that it was our fault we weren't served, so no compensation was due. Living in the town, we placed and confirmed the order before leaving. It was a 5-minute drive, and then she called us liars, told us she had just confirmed the order, and turned on her heel. I don't understand why we are being treated like this—responsible, arrogant, and unprofessional. Sincerely.

A very good restaurant, conveniently located near the main road. However, we've been several times and the wait is incredibly long. Nevertheless, I still recommend it.

10/12/2025: I often eat at McDonald's restaurants and I found the one in Cavignac really pleasant. The music was nice, the decor very pretty, and the employee Clemence served me with a big smile and great professionalism, which is always a pleasure. I recommend this McDonald's.
09/12/2025: Just popped in for a quick bite this evening, nothing beats McDonald's after work! A big thank you to Anastasia who gave us our order with her biggest smile. We had a great meal 😁 I'll definitely be back
