McDonald's sur Toulouse

Too much air conditioning! It's -3°C outside, and in the restaurant we're wearing jackets because of the air conditioning! It's a shame that despite our request, the air conditioning wasn't turned down. We ate in the cold, even though we moved twice to find a spot where it was blowing less... which other customers did too! So we weren't the only ones having this experience!!

Well done to the whole McDonald's team who managed the influx of people on Christmas Eve, December 25th, so that everyone could leave with a meal or at least eat one.

Fast delivery, product as ordered.

Keep Anthony, best employee ever! Fast, welcoming, and perfect service. I highly recommend him!

Just some hot, crispy fries would be the BEST.

I went to the McDonald's in Montaudran several times this week. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the food. Thank you for this experience. I also thank Joan for her help and professionalism.

I'm not giving a terrible rating because I don't want to lower their already not-so-great rating even more! But hey, it's McDonald's, whatever the rating, there will always be customers. However, that's no reason to provide such poor service as today. They charged me €2.50 for a cup of water. I pointed it out at the register, and they said they would cancel it. Unfortunately, they didn't cancel anything, so I had to explain the situation when I returned my order to get a refund, receipt in hand. The woman didn't understand anything, so they refunded me. I pointed out that they had forgotten the book in my Happy Meal, and she looked at me in such a way and asked if I was sure that I told her to take the bag back if she wanted to check! So, first of all, a cup of water for €2.50? Are you crazy? And then, if someone points out something's missing, take the order back, but don't make your customers feel so uncomfortable! Having worked in fast food myself, I know it's complicated, but honestly, nobody had the right reflex. A smile is free, and if you had taken my bag back to check it yourselves, given that I'm blind (lol), you would have seen it and I would have been less embarrassed! Anyway, the service needs improvement!

A break that's not needed... from touchscreens to ordering kiosks that work erratically, tables piled high with crumbs, distracting background music, cold burgers wrapped upside down... restaurants are just a collection of details, regardless of the cuisine or the clientele. What a shame...
