There was nobody there when we were. We arrived at 11am (the restaurant opens at 10am), some tables hadn't been cleaned, food was sticky, and I'll let you be the judge of the cleanliness of the toilets (I'll spare you the inside of the toilets, and thank goodness you can't smell it)...

The food was good, however, they forgot the fries. I went to ask for them (I was practically bothering the staff), then I realized that the still water I ordered was sparkling water, and finally, I ordered a donut (still not there) and an applesauce without a straw. If the restaurant had been full, I could have understood with the rush, but frankly, it was disappointing…

I came to the drive-thru this evening around 8 pm. I was greeted by Margot who took my order and made my experience more pleasant than at other McDonald's in Toulouse. She was very friendly and welcoming, which was a real treat. As for the service, it was very quick and my order was complete with all the items piping hot!

We went to the drive-thru on Friday evening and received a very warm welcome from Mathieu. We often come to the McDonald's in Montaudran, and this is the first time an employee has asked us how we are. It was very pleasant. His good humor and professionalism are much appreciated. We highly recommend the experience with Mathieu :)
