McDonald's sur Toulouse

Very, very good service. Despite forgetting a sauce, having worked at McDonald's for two years I know that can happen, but this was unimaginable: paying over €15 for a beef, mozzarella, and cheddar meal... WITHOUT mozzarella! Despite three calls to the restaurant, no response. A real shame.

The food is like any McDonald's, but the service is fast and friendly. And we even got a small donut and an espresso as a gift at our table. I've never experienced that before.

We were lucky enough to try the new M&M's macfleury with chocolate sauce thanks to Mathieu, it's absolutely delicious! Excellent service 🤗

I was ready to give it a 3, and frankly, that was already generous: one Creamy Deluxe for a large Potatoes, and then you charge extra for the second one… seriously? At this point, it's more about penny-pinching than customer service. Without that, it would have been a 4. But you have to stop nitpicking. Luckily, your colleague somewhat redeems the situation: at least he respects the customer. A well-served McFlurry, not stingy, like in the old days, not like in some restaurants (hey Chaubet) where you feel like you're begging for an extra spoon. So there you have it, a 4 thanks to him. Not thanks to you. Now let's be clear: a large Potatoes = 2 Creamy Deluxe. It's not a favor, it's common sense. The day you stop skimping on that, the 4 becomes a 5. Until then, don't expect anything better.

Good service; a manager, seeing me waiting at the kiosks, advised me to download the app, and then the service at my table was quite quick despite the rush 😉

Very satisfied with my visit to this lovely McDonald's. I came to take advantage of the low-cost electric charging station and also had lunch there. I ordered a wrap meal without tomatoes. Imagine my surprise when I bit into the wrap and tasted a tomato… once I'd finished, I noticed there was a second wrap, this time without tomatoes. I thank and commend the McDonald's Montaudran team for this kind gesture.
