Despite the malfunctioning paper rolls at the kiosks, the manager is very friendly and Matis is fantastic. He's helpful, calls back, efficient, kind, and very polite. What's more, he's always busy and follows the orders of the manager and his team, who sometimes take advantage of his kindness. Well done, Matis; your patience and availability will help you succeed in life.

This is my fourth time coming to this McDonald's because I'm a seasonal worker, and I haven't been disappointed. The service is quick, the staff very friendly, and the sandwiches are good quality. It's nice to see a McDonald's where quality is respected, especially since the prices have gone up.

Order served fairly quickly as there were few customers, however the staff were not very pleasant, no 'bon appétit', no 'thank you', 'goodbye' or 'have a good day'... Disappointing, otherwise the welcome would have been perfect.

We stopped there on our way up to the resort and the staff were absolutely fantastic! Super fast service despite the crowds and they were very friendly!

12/02/2026: Excellent choice! The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. The staff is attentive. The dining room is large. The service and menus are very well-received.
10/02/2026: A very pleasant establishment, free parking, a lovely wellness area, a very spacious and well-heated room, and a restaurant with excellent food. The breakfast was incredibly generous, featuring only good local products and, a rare treat, fresh oranges for making freshly squeezed juice. Exceptional for a 2-star hotel. So, congratulations on this beautiful establishment in Baratier! 👏
