We had stopped going to the McDonald's in Écuelles because every time we visited, we were greeted by cold and unfriendly staff. A huge thank you to Anaïs, who brightened our evening at the drive-thru tonight! Smiling, friendly, radiant, and above all, full of humor, she brought a smile back to our faces. It's thanks to people like her that we want to come back. Her welcome made all the difference and made our visit truly enjoyable. Well done to her, she deserves to be recognized!

As a regular customer, I've noticed the service is starting to decline, including forgetting sauces when you pay and no longer providing cup holders when you arrive by car.

A very disappointing experience on Thursday, June 11th, around 7:30 pm. Our order was canceled, so we went back into the restaurant to ask for it to be remade. I would like to thank the manager on duty that evening, who took care of us immediately despite a clearly very busy service. He was running around to manage orders while remaining professional and courteous. However, the attitude of two of the other staff members that evening was particularly unpleasant. We got the impression that our request greatly bothered them. One of them clearly didn't want to remake the order and spoke to us disrespectfully. When I entered the restaurant, I also noticed that she was still complaining about the situation. We understand that service can be stressful and that order mistakes can happen. However, the lack of friendliness and the feeling of being treated as a nuisance are hardly acceptable. Fortunately, the manager was able to rectify the situation thanks to his professionalism.

Frankly, I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered cheddar fries for €5.20, but the portions were clearly not what we usually get… there was hardly anything. So I went to see an employee (who seemed to be the manager) to politely ask if it would be possible to get a little more, even though I don't usually like asking for things like that because I don't like to bother anyone. She didn't even say hello and seemed very annoyed. She told me that these were the normal portions, even though, as a regular customer, I know that's not the case. Her tone was cold. She ended up adding more, but then put the fries back without a glance, without a clear word, just mumbling something inaudible. I couldn't even ask her to repeat herself because she had already turned her back on me as she left. Frankly, as a responsible person, this is not the kind of attitude you should show your employees. And to top it all off, there was a mistake with my order: I ordered a long black coffee, but I ended up with a latte. In short, between the incorrect quantities, the attitude, and the order error, it's all too much for a single visit. Disappointing.
