Frankly, I was very disappointed with my visit.
I ordered cheddar fries for €5.20, but the portions were clearly not what we usually get… there was hardly anything. So I went to see an employee (who seemed to be the manager) to politely ask if it would be possible to get a little more, even though I don't usually like asking for things like that because I don't like to bother anyone. She didn't even say hello and seemed very annoyed. She told me that these were the normal portions, even though, as a regular customer, I know that's not the case.
Her tone was cold. She ended up adding more, but then put the fries back without a glance, without a clear word, just mumbling something inaudible. I couldn't even ask her to repeat herself because she had already turned her back on me as she left. Frankly, as a responsible person, this is not the kind of attitude you should show your employees.
And to top it all off, there was a mistake with my order: I ordered a long black coffee, but I ended up with a latte.
In short, between the incorrect quantities, the attitude, and the order error, it's all too much for a single visit. Disappointing.
I have nothing special to say about the food, it's McDonald's. But on a Wednesday at 2 PM, there was no one in the drive-thru and the employee was extremely pleasant. His interpersonal skills and sense of service (especially for the Happy Meal toys) were above average for a fast food restaurant.
