23/08/2026: A restaurant I highly recommend. The food and service are excellent and affordable for all budgets, all in a very welcoming atmosphere with an air-conditioned dining room (a welcome respite from the heat). There's an outdoor area with parasols for those who prefer not to sunbathe, and a sunny terrace for those who want to soak up some vitamin C, in addition to the chef's offerings.

17/08/2026: It had been a long time since we'd been there since the change of ownership, and we were very disappointed for my family birthday celebration.
The wait was extremely long. We arrived at 12:30 PM (with a reservation), and our order wasn't taken until 1:15 PM, and even then, I had to keep calling!
The appetizers took forever to arrive, not to mention the main courses. In short, we left around 2:15 PM without ordering dessert because there was no way we were going to wait who knows how much longer.
The young waiter, who was as nice as could be, apologized at the end when we left, but it wasn't his fault.
The gentleman (who took our payment) and the lady (who took our order) need to smile a little. We're in a business. Anyway. We definitely won't be going back, which is a shame.
And the portion size was huge. I ordered an Italian crepe (burrata, coppa, arugula) based on a recommendation on the chalkboard. The meal was good, but two slices of coppa is stingy. Two more would have been nice. My wife had one with chorizo, which looked more substantial. My son had a Breton-style one with a fried egg on top, which wasn't runny at all.

"The customer is king," used to be great, now it's "the customer is a liar" and they treat them like an idiot…
We were missing an ice cream (it happens), I went to point it out immediately, and for the first time, I was asked to go back to the table to double-check what I'd said… We got an ice cream that was clearly not as full as it should have been, but oh well, I didn't say anything…
We ordered children's meals and we received the same deck of cards multiple times, even though the toy was "Spiderman." My children were very sad to see all the other children who arrived after us getting the Spiderman toy. As we were leaving, I politely asked if we could exchange them, and they told me: "If you got those, it's because we're out of stock." In short… I could see they were clearly taking me for a fool since all the children who arrived after us got the toy… I didn't confront them but realized I was being treated like an idiot and left with disappointed children.
11/08/2026: Overflowing bins, dirty restaurant, lukewarm food, frozen cookies, watered-down Coke, empty hamburgers, and lots of complaining customers! Unacceptable!
It's already closed at 10 PM; only the drive-thru is open.

Auberge de la terrasse moret sur loing

26/04/2026: We visited Moret-sur-Loing this weekend. Someone there threw water at us from the second floor. It was clearly not an accident, as we walked past that spot three times, a few hours apart, and each time we were splashed.
It's truly regrettable, especially since the person responsible was too cowardly to come forward.
26/04/2026: Racist behavior towards a passerby, by splashing water on them from a window. Unprofessional conduct. This person should be banned from the city.
