First time trying out the new click and collect system in the parking lot. At first, I was rather skeptical given the problems I'd had with the competitor. But in the end, the proximity activation is quite effective, and the parking spaces are clearly marked. The order processing is quite efficient. Special mention to the delivery driver who braved the cold and snow. Thank you, Kadija, for your smile, professionalism, and kindness. Well done! And what's more, it stays warm until you get home!

Something's missing from every order. Happy Meals without toys? Nice for the collection... drinks are often missing too... the atmosphere there seems chaotic, and their management of peak hours is a disaster.

25/03/2026: Hello, I placed an order, unfortunately the two burgers weren't raclette but regular. I don't usually quibble over a few cents, but the burgers are €1.20 different... that's a bit annoying...
