Super pleasant
After a bad experience at the BK upstairs where we waited 45 minutes, we finally left after a refund, only to find McDonald's.
The meal was great, the portions were perfect.
I recommend the drive-thru.

Personal opinion: The last place to go when nothing else is open. I don't like this chain. Expensive for junk food...but it can be helpful.

Always fast service. Caring team members despite the constant rush.
Just a shame that the breakfast menu is cheaper than the simple egg muffin. So I take the menu and offer the hot drink to someone because I don’t like it.

A great McDonald's, a good atmosphere and a dynamic team, the quality of the sandwiches is good, cleanliness is not neglected, cases of forgotten products or "defective" products are rare cases, do not trust the negative opinions of anyone who has had a bad experience once, being a regular at this McDonald's, I can observe it in rush etc and the staff always does its best to ensure that we have a good experience.
I highly recommend.

The McDonald's in Metz Borny is a place where the experience could be improved.
The terminals are not all operational, which creates quite long and disorganized queues 😕.
In addition, there are two queues waiting for the same terminals, which makes the situation even more confusing.
The dishes served at the table are not always hot 🥶, and we also regret the non-compliance with certain regulations: automatic printing of the receipt even though this was not requested 🧾❌ and service in disposable food while the meal is on site 🍔🍟.
In addition, labels are sometimes stuck on parts of the packaging that come into contact with the mouth, which is not very hygienic 🤨.
With a few tweaks, it could be much better!
