I went from a 1 to an excellent rating because of Aurélie—yes, I asked for her name—who works very well at the drive-thru and doesn't forget anything. After a year, I'm finally back on good terms with the Borny McDonald's! Thank you, Aurélie, for your professionalism; it's a pleasure. The service is perfect, nothing is forgotten.

First time trying out the new click and collect system in the parking lot. At first, I was rather skeptical given the problems I'd had with the competitor. But in the end, the proximity activation is quite effective, and the parking spaces are clearly marked. The order processing is quite efficient. Special mention to the delivery driver who braved the cold and snow. Thank you, Kadija, for your smile, professionalism, and kindness. Well done! And what's more, it stays warm until you get home!
