The girl at the drive-thru is lovely, super nice, and very pleasant! 10/10

Clean place, music volume low, staff welcoming and gallant, one of the employees held the door for us when we arrived, a rare thing these days.

No complaints, no issues encountered with the staff or my drives

After five visits to this establishment during 2026, my opinion remains rather mixed. Regarding the food, the meals were good and served hot, with decent portions. However, the atmosphere in the dining room leaves much to be desired: the overall impression is rather gloomy, some tables aren't always clean, and several booths are damaged or even missing. I'm thinking in particular of the high chairs, which disappeared at the end of 2025 and, to my knowledge, still haven't been replaced. There are also no self-service kiosks for lunchtime orders, which can quickly lead to long waits. Speaking of the service, I find the wait quite long for fast food, especially in a student area. On average, you should expect a wait of 15 to 20 minutes, sometimes up to 30 minutes. This can be quite unpleasant when you're just grabbing a quick bite between classes. In the end, the food is satisfactory, but the service and especially the overall condition of the dining room could really be improved.

This McDonald's is fairly average; it's generally clean, the food is well-prepared, and the service is quick. The only downside is that it's difficult to order during peak hours.

We waited 25 minutes for our order. It was delivered (click and collect), but it was wrong… We waited another 5 minutes. When we got home, the drinks and desserts were missing. I called to report the mistake, and the manager apologized, explaining that he was hosting young students for the holidays. On our next visit, he offered us a free meal and four ice creams. We were very satisfied with how the problem was resolved.

I highly recommend the McDonald's in Borny! The staff is welcoming and the service is always pleasant. A special mention goes to Marie, a truly kind, smiling, and attentive waitress. She takes the time to answer customers' questions with patience and professionalism, which really makes a difference. Thank you to her for her cheerfulness and excellent service!
