Passing through Pontivy, we stopped for a meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and politeness of a waiter. It was a welcome change from our McDonald's in the south, thank you to him.
Just another American restaurant. But very useful when the restaurants in downtown Pontivy won't serve you if you arrive at 1 p.m. because they've closed. Too bad for those who complain about a lack of customers, and good for the Americans. Note that the salads are very expensive for just a few leaves, croutons, and two pieces of chicken.
Excellent customer service. The Uber Eats delivery driver mixed up my order with another customer's. After calling McDonald's, they remade the order and offered it to me free of charge.
I don't understand the comments. The welcome was warm, the order arrived quite quickly, and there were no mistakes. The price was a bit high, but that's not their fault. In short, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
