15/08/2026: The cocktail was barely cold, and the meal arrived at the same time. The skewer of three scallops wasn't washed and was overcooked; I was still hungry. Even the rice was under-served. The banana split was served 30 minutes later, and the ice cream had already melted. I had to ask three times for my bill to pay, and I was stuck waiting for another 20 minutes. In short, for the exorbitant price of €80 for two people for one aperitif and one meal each, with virtually no service and terrible food, I absolutely do not recommend it. What a shame. It looked promising.

23/08/2026: What's the saying again? Don't judge a book by its cover? It's hard to do worse. When I see the so-called "positive" reviews, you have to wonder if some of them even have a mouth. The outside and the inside are like what you'll get in your crate. Yes, because they don't give you a bag, but a vegetable crate. Anyway... Now let's talk about the "food," if I may call it that. In short, "Run, you poor fool."

08/09/2026: We went to eat at Le Bœuf qui Fume, a restaurant where we had never had a bad experience before. Unfortunately, this evening was a huge disappointment. We had only ordered one main course, without an aperitif. Yet, we waited almost an hour before being served. We were told that the duck breast took a long time to cook, particularly because one of the breasts had been ordered medium-rare. Despite this wait, the duck breast was ultimately served pink, not medium as requested. We then decided not to order dessert, for fear of having to wait another hour. When it came time to pay, we expressed our disappointment to the cashier. Unfortunately, we found her reaction particularly disappointing. She claimed that we had simply taken an hour to eat, even though we were trying to explain that we had waited about an hour before even being served. We felt that our feedback wasn't being heard and that there was no possibility of improvement. We don't mind that there might occasionally be a wait in a restaurant; that can happen. However, we find it regrettable that a customer's simple complaint about a bad experience was ignored. We left disappointed, especially since we had always had a positive impression of this establishment. Unfortunately, after this experience and the way our feedback was received, we will not be returning.

04/06/2026: Welcoming, smiling staff. Beautifully renovated rooms, bar area, and breakfast room. Pleasant terrace both in the evening and morning. A generous breakfast. A lovely establishment. I recommend it and I will return.

02/06/2026: For the price, one might have hoped for better croissants (everyone has their little quirks :) Otherwise, very good, very clean. Only 2 stars for the location, as it's in a commercial area compared to other hotels in the same price range in the city center.
