The fries weren't cooked, the Big Mac wasn't complete, just the meat bun. The complimentary glasses were plastic cups with a plastic film stuck on them... not the nice glasses we used to have. Big disappointment.

Hello, I tried a "new burger," the New York, with fish as part of a meal deal. The fish fillet was quite nice. It came with a small salad and fries. It's recommended to order the fries as a free option if you'd like a small salad on the side. It's cheaper that way. Otherwise, the whole meal with a gourmet coffee is a decent meal for an adult. This "fish burger" option is great, and often overlooked!

You can grab a quick lunch at any time, whether it's a sandwich or something else like fried potatoes or fish croquettes. Sandwiches used to be much tastier, but now the meat tastes weird, but the ingredients are fresh and the prices are average—everything is getting more expensive. Here, you can grab a quick bite from 11 a.m., while other restaurants and cafes only open for lunch from 12 p.m.

We came today, the service was very fast despite the crowd, and the sandwiches were delicious! And we thank the manager for his kindness! By the way, the ice cream was very generously topped with frosting and candy 🙏 thank you

21/05/2026: We come here at least once a month and often with our child. An old restaurant (I was a young child when it opened!!), which has a nice Japanese decor with cheesy music. It is on a side street too so on warmer days they open the windows which is nice. The sushi is very good, their brochettes are excellent, and surprisingly their ramen (which isn't really their speciality) is delicious and not expensive (take in mind the place has multiple ramen places surrounding it). I read about the cold service here, for me it's the charm, there is a very friendly person who cuts the fish when you come in, an older man who doesn't smile nor speak much who serves you (I saw him smile once, I did!), a lady who is extremely friendly but isn't there often, and the owner who is very nice and tolerant also with our child who can run wild sometimes after eating. My single gripe is it can be pricey for some things you order. This is our go to place for sushi, Roquette has so much choice for Asian cuisine, this place is one of the first and still one of the best.

05/07/2026: A fantastic place that's well worth a visit when you're in Besançon. The atmosphere is very friendly and the owner is a true enthusiast. With a background in cheesemaking, he knows his products and wine inside and out. Special mention goes to the lovely wine cellar, which allows you to carefully select your bottle.
30/06/2026: Excellent place! A very attentive owner, regional dishes, fresh ingredients, and passion on the plate. A truly authentic spot! Absolutely not to be missed.
