After a rather successful experience, I was happy; I'd rediscovered the taste of the Deluxe burger.
It didn't last. I came back tonight, and the potatoes and fries were undercooked. My Deluxe burger...a flop...a sad little burger with a slice of cheese and a few onions. No salad, no sauce. We'll go back across the street; I won't eat that burger, but I'll eat what I've ordered and paid for.
It's all well and good to reply, but you should read properly. It was the burger that didn't have the Deluxe sauce and salad. The sauces for the fries were included. And for a takeout order, it's complicated to ask for the sauces if they weren't put in the bag.
