McDonald's sur Amberieu-En-Bugey

Toujours quelques choses qui va pas dans les commandes. Va vraiment falloir voir à s'améliorer. On se dit que l'on va laisser une dernière chance et encore un problème ! Trop c'est trop.

My visit to this McDonald's was rather average, though not without its advantages. The location is well-located and convenient for a quick stop on the road, and the menu is standard, as with any McDonald's restaurant. Unfortunately, there are issues with quality and organization; sometimes the food is lukewarm or orders are incomplete, as many customers have confirmed. Service can be inconsistent. You can encounter friendly and helpful employees, but there are also instances of long waits or less professionalism. On the plus side, however, it's worth noting the quick drive-thru and the availability of parking, which make this location fulfill its primary function as a quick travel destination. In summary, it's a standard McDonald's that could use some improvement in cleanliness and service quality. A good place for a quick meal, but don't expect much.

Great restaurant, one of the best McDonald's in the Ain region in my opinion. There's a good atmosphere among the staff, which is nice. The restaurant is clean. The food is well-prepared. I highly recommend it.

A random stop this Saturday on the way back from the slopes... Usual menu: cheeseburger, Big Mac, and Royal Deluxe with fries. OUTSTANDING!!! The hamburgers were perfectly prepared; the bun was well-baked, the ingredients were neatly arranged (not just thrown together like elsewhere): a real treat!! THANK YOU to the team! Plus, the restrooms were clean!! It's been a LONG time since I've seen a McDonald's with this level of service... I've been a McDonald's customer for over 40 years... In fact, I can't be the only one who appreciates this place because customers were arriving in droves from noon onwards. THANK YOU! One request: could you share your recipes with the McDonald's restaurants in Vendée?

Just another McDonald's... The bathroom floor is slippery; a little boy almost fell if his mother hadn't caught him. Whether it's the tiles or the cleaning product, something needs to be done about it.
