We received a warm welcome, were comfortably seated, and were served with great care. This gourmet bistro is very friendly, and its crackling fire pit 🔥🔥🔥 immediately whetted our appetites. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. So, if you appreciate quality meat, I highly recommend a visit to La Fourchette 🍽️ du père Vincent. 18/02/2026: I finally tried the little restaurant that had been recommended to me, and I was delighted that they agreed to serve me at 1:30 pm, despite it being full. The set menu was €22, and it was delicious from start to finish. The owners came to greet me upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. It's a great place that I recommend for a friendly meal if you're in the area. I'd gladly go back. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy when the restaurant is full.

17/04/2026: I'm a big fan of Asian cuisine, and I have to say this was a very pleasant surprise.
I had pho bo as a starter: simpler than a traditional pho (for example, no meatballs or tendons), but the broth was delicious. In short, I loved it!
Then I had beef in spicy sauce, and again, excellent, with perfectly cooked rice.
This restaurant serves very good food—simple, efficient, and excellent value for money.
Definitely worth discovering!
08/04/2026: Excellent value for money. The restaurant itself isn't much to look at, but I highly recommend you step inside Nha Trang. The food is very good at unbeatable prices.

22/04/2026: I decided to go to the drive-thru to get a McFlurry and a coffee to save time. They rang up my order, and then I waited twelve minutes. I wondered what was going on! Twelve minutes to make a coffee with whipped cream that I didn't even get, and an ice cream. And yet it was only 4:40 PM, there was no one behind me at the drive-thru, and no one else in line. Next time, I'll pass.

Va vraiment falloir voir à s'améliorer.
On se dit que l'on va laisser une dernière chance et encore un problème !

Nous fréquentons cette établissement depuis 20ans, un gros changement avec maintenant un menu bistronomique
Je reste nostalgique du pressoir que nous avions connu.
