31/05/2026: A restaurant that doesn't look particularly flashy, with a discreet, even austere, facade, but the Asian cuisine is incredibly good, fragrant, and refined—a hundred times better than all-you-can-eat buffets—and very reasonably priced. A must for true Vietnamese food lovers. The service is very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend it.
27/05/2026: I often eat Vietnamese food, and this was a delight—truly refined dishes! The chicken and beef were incredibly tender, and the sauces were excellent.
I also recommend the homemade coconut pearls (a rare find!), the cold shrimp rolls, and the lychee-orange non-alcoholic cocktail.

06/05/2026: We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday at La Fourchette du Père Vincent, and it was a complete success. The whole family was delighted by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. The service was impeccable, attentive, and professional from beginning to end.
We were particularly impressed by the quality of the meat, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Everything was perfect for a wonderful time.
Thank you to the entire team for this lovely experience; we will definitely be back!

07/05/2026: I had a wonderful time there with a friend. The food is just like home cooking—simple but delicious, and it's perfect. The chocolate mousse (Mamma Mia!) was divine. The waiter was very friendly, and the owners are super nice 👍 No fuss, and that's just fine 😁 Thank you so much 😘
05/05/2026: I stopped at the little restaurant after a work meeting and received a very warm welcome from the owner, who shook my hand and showed me to my table, taking my preferences into account since I wanted to work. The dishes are refined and homemade, the prices very reasonable, and the owners' welcome is so warm—it's lovely! I'll be back.

03/06/2026: I gave this place 5 stars 5 years ago. I'm revising my rating to the opposite extreme because the quality has slightly decreased, while the prices have skyrocketed. I understand there's inflation, but €14 for a classic taco meal is really unacceptable when it's €10 everywhere else. €12 might be acceptable, but €14 is a whole other level. A basic, simple taco, but with little filling and really dry.
As a regular customer, I'm disappointed and won't be back until the exorbitant prices come down.

17/04/2026: I'm a big fan of Asian cuisine, and I have to say this was a very pleasant surprise.
I had pho bo as a starter: simpler than a traditional pho (for example, no meatballs or tendons), but the broth was delicious. In short, I loved it!
Then I had beef in spicy sauce, and again, excellent, with perfectly cooked rice.
This restaurant serves very good food—simple, efficient, and excellent value for money.
Definitely worth discovering!
08/04/2026: Excellent value for money. The restaurant itself isn't much to look at, but I highly recommend you step inside Nha Trang. The food is very good at unbeatable prices.

29/06/2026: Catastrophic experience. The ice cream the size of an espresso shot was 3 euros ! Ordered veggie chicken nuggets in a menue for 10 euros. They brought the drink and fries but not the nuggets. When I went to the counter to tell them they are still missing they said we are out. Why not tell me when you bring the food ? No other vegetarian option available. At some point they found some, so I got them when everyone had finished their food. The sauce I had ordered was also not available they didn't ask me and just gave me another one with no info that they are out.
Slow service, bathroom was dirty, and the fries cold and old. This was not a McDonald's experience at all

Nous fréquentons cette établissement depuis 20ans, un gros changement avec maintenant un menu bistronomique
Je reste nostalgique du pressoir que nous avions connu.
