Hello, the music was way too loud, the floors were dirty, there were screws sticking out under the seats, and the meat was overcooked! The floor was very slippery.
The floor was wet.
Today, January 4, 2026, with the air conditioning on full blast, it's very cold in Bourg-en-Bresse. The McDonald's is very clean, and there's heating there!

You've been here for so long… there have been some low points but also some high points. You were already here when the old Leclerc supermarket was still here… I used to come to this restaurant when I was little…
Basically, nothing has changed…

There's a real sense of change in management, excellent service, a clean restaurant, and hot meals. The new manager is attentive to both customers and staff.
I highly recommend this McDonald's to burger lovers.

We returned to this McDonald's on the recommendation of friends who had noticed a change. To our pleasant surprise, we were served quickly and efficiently. The place was clean. We will return to this restaurant to confirm this significant improvement.
