Sometimes it's quick, warm, and the staff are nice.
Sometimes you wait ages for a poorly prepared meal.
The place is often dirty.

My daughter celebrated her birthday at McDonald's and she was thrilled (her friends too! 😁)
The two party hostesses were so friendly and really got into their roles! They knew how to connect with the children and create a great atmosphere 👍🏻
A little suggestion for the theme: why not have two, one more girly and the other more boyy, so the child can choose?
And a lovely surprise birthday gift from McDonald's!
Thanks again ☺️

Friendly service but the amount of children and teenagers running wild made for a horrible experience. And they weren't even ordering food.

The food is McDonald's, no surprises there, however the service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful, for example, unlocking the terminal. Overall, a good time spent in Tignieu.

We were very well received by the manager, Fares. There was a big gathering nearby today, so we took the opportunity to drop by!

Honestly, it had been a long time since I'd been back to McDonald's, and seeing the comments, I thought the place must have really gone downhill. In the end, the service is decent, the food too, nothing shocking there. The real downside is clearly the cleanliness: several dirty tables, chairs with grease stains… it gives a bad impression right from the start. A shame, because the rest is pretty good.

Main room not cleaned. Puddle of ice or yogurt at the end of the evening.

We come regularly, but we find the ice creams very expensive and really small...the prices have become exorbitant. You risk losing customers with such tiny desserts...
Otherwise, the service was very quick, thank you.
