Disappointed again because the ice cream machine was broken, but I spoke with the new McDonald's manager who assured me there will be changes in both the overall atmosphere and the service. He has already ordered new machines to prevent breakdowns and improve service. We'll see how it goes, but feel free to go and share your feedback.

We celebrated our son's 5th birthday with 5 of his friends at the McDonald's in Tignieu.
Everything was perfect: the welcome, the entertainment, the cake, the private room, the little gifts for the guests... The children were thrilled and had a great time.
A special mention to the staff who were fantastic and attentive.
