I'm traveling with children and a dog, so I know I'll be eating on the terrace. Well, this restaurant's terrace didn't have a single bit of shade, not even a few umbrellas.
Otherwise, the service was fine, and the food was what it was.

I've had very good experiences, at least if you don't go during peak hours. It was clean, the manager was attentive, the staff were friendly, and the food was prepared with care. During busy periods, the mess around the bins seems to me to be more related to the inconsiderate behavior of some customers, although the possibility of understaffing during these busy times could also be considered.

Went there last night, served quickly at our table by a friendly and courteous waiter, a smiling and kind employee even with insulting or aggressive people who don't understand what being understaffed means...

The quality has gone down. The hamburgers were just buns and dry meat. The seasonal staff were grumpy. You're better off going to the competition right across the street.

Bad fries, good burger, unbottled water with a slightly fruity taste, it wasn't good at all.

McDonald's well located
A63 Bayonne Nord exit
Problem: cramped location compared to the entrance of the Grand Basque Shopping Center
Crowded by carpooling meetups!!!
For local businesses and traffic
Rue Arrousets is a nuisance
Very busy
Inside McDonald's
The recycling system is well organized, but some customers don't care!!!
Recruiting regular young people from youth employment programs to complete the team!!

When you are inside there is a nauseating smell, luckily you can eat outside.

I was served by a lovely employee, Elaïa if I'm not mistaken! She was very welcoming, smiling, and pleasant; it's truly a pleasure to encounter someone like her. Unlike other McDonald's in the area, the one in Bayonne is fast, orders are served without much of a wait, and the meals arrive piping hot. Honestly, I highly recommend it!
