McDonald's sur Chasseneuil-Du-Poitou

Pas terrible le drive ça fait plusieurs qu'il y a des oublis...c'est franchement pénible.

The service was excellent; I loved their cheese-based menus and sweet desserts. The croques were a real treat: golden and crispy bread, perfectly melted cheese, and a warm, generous filling. Each croque arrived at the perfect temperature, in just the right proportions, and beautifully presented. A true addiction for cheese lovers!

I was in a hurry, but I received my order quickly despite the time and the crowd. Very well managed, friendly staff, nothing was missing, and the dining area was quite clean, contrary to what other reviews say.

I came in December after the M Pokora concert, there were quite a few people in the restaurant but despite that I didn't wait long for my order and the products were of good quality, I went to congratulate the managers, thank you Léa and Gabriel!

I came on the evening of January 1st, expecting a long wait for my order, but not at all. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and I was served by Melvyn who was very kind. Perfect, I'll be back.

Food-wise, it was just a typical McDonald's. The service was very good; the staff did what they could given the crazy crowd (a Saturday lunchtime rush). The dining area is very small for a McDonald's near the highway and Futuroscope. One of the women's restrooms was out of order, and the other couldn't be closed unless you forced the door very hard (it's going to fall off from all the slamming). There were three overflowing trash cans and no toilet seats. The staff were focused and helpful, no complaints there, very good service. It's a shame there were no eggs, no Croq McDo, and no fries in the kids' meal. I didn't see the eggs or Croq McDo on their own either. In the Happy Meal, as in almost all McDonald's... there was no toy of the moment, just another cardboard thing replacing the Playmobil figure we were expecting... So, we ate well but were a little disappointed.

I give the staff 3 out of 5. The staff were friendly and very helpful despite the order errors and the cold sandwiches. They changed our sandwiches without a word. Quite the opposite, in fact. The major problem is the cleanliness!!! I agree with the many comments already posted. It's unacceptable!! There's a women's toilet and a men's toilet that can't be locked. If you go alone, the door is left ajar. The bins are overflowing everywhere. Hand towels are scattered all over the floor. As for the dining area, it's best not to look at the floor if you're prone to motion sickness. It's extremely dirty; you can't tell if it's sticky or slippery.

Incredible! I came one evening after a show and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service and the quality of the burgers. I highly recommend the restaurant!!
