Hamburgers deserve a little more attention

Hello, I wanted to thank the team member who, despite the items I ordered with my points (100) being unavailable, was able to provide me with three books so I wouldn't leave empty-handed. Excellent customer service. Sincerely.

A positive experience during our weekday lunchtime visit. Contrary to what I had read in some reviews, the dining room and tables were perfectly clean. The service was quick, and the staff served our trays with a smile. 😁 As for the food, the two Veggie Happy Meals 🍟🍃 were very well prepared and delicious. No complaints whatsoever! 😋👍

Just passing through before heading to Futuroscope, the service was quick and friendly. They forgot one of my sandwiches, and it was remade in under a minute with a smile! Thank you 😁

We stopped by last night after our day at Futuroscope, and our experience was very mixed. For a restaurant located right next to a major theme park and in the middle of summer, the staff shortage is glaring. The result: an interminable wait for fast food and a dining area that frankly leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. This is clearly unacceptable for an establishment that sees so many customers. On the other hand, a special mention and a huge BRAVO to Lucas. This team member literally carried the restaurant on his shoulders: taking payments, serving, helping out in the kitchen… He managed everything single-handedly with exemplary professionalism. He's not a magician and can't be everywhere, but his dedication deserves to be highlighted. Management should seriously review its organization and scheduling to avoid leaving its employees in such a predicament.

McDonald's is great and very well located! Friendly service. We ordered from the drive-thru in the evening after returning from Futuroscope at 10:30 PM. The drive-thru was very slow, but it was very busy. However, our order was complete. We then had breakfast before leaving the following morning. No complaints! A big thank you, in fact, as it was the only McDonald's open.
