Very efficient and friendly service

The organization was unfortunately poor. Despite having a lot of staff, the ordering process was chaotic and often incorrect. Both of our orders were wrong. The staff, however, remained calm. When we wanted coffee and dessert after our meal, it took forever. The tray was already prepared in the kitchen. When I asked if I could have my order, which was obviously ready, a cook said, "That's not possible, the numbering sequence is wrong." Am I supposed to wait until my coffee gets cold because three people ahead of me haven't received their burgers yet? The friendly server then simply handed me the tray anyway.

McDonald's is an excellent option in Paris, offering traditional sandwiches and competitive prices.

An unforgettable experience – unfortunately, not for the right reasons. We waited over an hour for two Sprites. Not for a gourmet meal, not for a hand-carved throne – for two cups of Sprite. The highlight of the evening, however, was an ice cream that lay decoratively on the floor for over an hour. It almost became the store's mascot. What was particularly impressive was how consistently the employees kept stepping on it without anyone thinking to move it. It was probably part of their new anti-slip strategy. It got even better when we politely asked for our Sprites several times. Each time, the answer seemed to be: "No problem, we'll just make some more!" These were then lovingly placed with the already prepared Sprites in the kitchen – but never handed out. Apparently, they were building an exclusive Sprite collection. In the end, we felt less like we'd been in a fast-food restaurant and more like we'd been in an escape room. The task: "Find your order." Thank you for this extraordinary experience. Next time, I'll bring a camping chair, provisions, and maybe a magnifying glass to help me find my drinks in the kitchen, just in case.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was quite an experience. We came because we were staying 5 minutes away and were in a hurry as we had a concert. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. We ordered from the outdoor takeaway kiosks, but it was impossible to find out where to pick it up. The employees couldn't tell us. So we waited... and witnessed a ludicrous scene between two employees arguing because one was sending out orders haphazardly and the other was yelling at him. The manager intervened. Another employee was wandering around with trays of orders, unable to find the customers. We felt sorry for him, constantly going back and forth... In short, they need to review their organization and customer service!

First time at this McDonald's, very good experience, excellent service and very satisfied.

Excellent experience! The store manager was very friendly and helpful. There were four of us Spanish speakers, and we had no problems understanding each other. The meal deal was very good.
