05/09/2026: Very efficient and friendly service

28/08/2026: The organization was unfortunately poor. Despite having a lot of staff, the ordering process was chaotic and often incorrect. Both of our orders were wrong. The staff, however, remained calm. When we wanted coffee and dessert after our meal, it took forever. The tray was already prepared in the kitchen. When I asked if I could have my order, which was obviously ready, a cook said, "That's not possible, the numbering sequence is wrong." Am I supposed to wait until my coffee gets cold because three people ahead of me haven't received their burgers yet? The friendly server then simply handed me the tray anyway.
